Hi!
I came back from SDCC last night to a wonderful surprise...all the books I needed to complete the orders arrived!
I spent today packing and shipping the books and took them to the post this evening!
You should have already received a tracking number from Backerkit a few weeks ago, and now you can reference it!
Woot!
Nothing like the feeling of finishing fulfillment on a big project.
Onto the next...

(Some) books have been shipped

Hi!
Just wanted to let you know that I was able to send many of the orders. However, we didn't receive the And Doom Followed Behind Her books, so I am unable to ship the orders that include that (which I believe is 14 boxes).
Additionally, we were not shipped enough And Magic Followed Behind Her, so if you ordered only And Magic Followed Behind Her, then I was unable to ship those orders.
I'm sorry about that. I wasn't trying to signal you out. I always ship the most complicated orders to the least complicated, and didn't realize I was out of And Magic until I finished the other orders.
I have placed an order for more And Magic, and am working with Ingram to replace the books that were misshipped so that I can get the rest of the books out.
Depending on the time it takes to get these books, I might ship out the boxes without And Doom and then backfill them later, but I would prefer not to do that for many reasons.
I will be sending ALL the tracking numbers because I can't just send them to books that shipped through Backerkit, but I will send an update once we ship the rest.

Hi!
Books came today! I spent a bunch of time signing a bunch of books...
...until I found that some of the books were replaced by somebody else's books.
It looks like a cool book...but I can't ship books until I get the right boooooks.
So, I emailed ingram and hopefully they'll fix this ASAP, because I'd really like to get these books out to you.
I guess we'll see when that happens. I'm hoping it will be next week at the latest, but this is not on me now. I had everything set up to pack and ship all these today.

If you don't receive your survey to your KICKSTARTER email, not your personal if it's different, then you can go https://godsversecomplete.backerkit.com and request it sent to you.
Remember, this email will not come from me. It will come from Backerkit, and the subject will look something like this.

Below, I'm going to tell you how to download your digital rewards,
STEP 1: Log into your email and find your survey confirmation. If you type in survey confirmation Backerkit Russell or survey confirmation Cthulhu, you should be able to find it.
STEP 2: Scroll down.
STEP 3: At the bottom, there is a unique link to get back to your survey. Click it.
STEP 4: That link will take you to your survey. Once you finish your survey you will be taken to your survey confirmation page.
If you have ALREADY filled out the survey, then you can use the same link to get to your digital rewards.

Once you get to that page, then click the link for digital rewards.
STEP 5: BOOM! There they are.
